August Round Up

Yet again Applegate have had another successful month with both sales and lettings. More properties are being added to our portfolio each week due to our growing reputation. On average over 70% of all of our new business every month comes from recommendations alone which is testimony to our amazing, dedicated staff.
Our Land, New Homes and Development Service has got off to a flying start. Director, Amy has particular experience in this area from her many years of working in the property industry previous to setting up Applegate Properties and her father is also in the building trade. Her knowledge and skills have helped Applegate to secure a number of developments to add to their growing portfolio.
We briefly mentioned last month that we had plans for a new member of staff to join the growing team. We are pleased to announce that Laura Simpson, our new Lettings Apprentice has now joined us and is settling in well. Watch this space for a full article on Laura and her work at Applegate. We plan for Laura to complete her apprenticeship in Lettings and Estate Agency and then be offered a full time position here at Applegate.
Following from our recent articles we can confirm that the sales side of the business is still exceeding our expectations. 2014 has proven popular with a significant increase in sales agreed and properties being added to our portfolio. Some sales are being agreed within as little as 3 days which proves that confidence is high in the property market.
