Summer Round Up!

We’ve had a very busy summer here at Applegate Lettings with lots of exciting things going on! As I’m sure you’ve already noticed (as we’ve been talking about it A LOT!) the first edition of our Applegate Lettings magazine is now available and being read all over Huddersfield. Producing the magazine has taken a lot of hard work on our part and we really are proud of this achievement. Now for issue number two!

We’ve also become the main sponsor for Marsden FC (www.pitchero.com/clubs/marsdenfc/) which we’re very excited about! We were approached by the manager Craig Waterworth to sponsor the team and as we are a local company with local values we were keen to support such a promising team. They won 5-0 in their first game of the season on Saturday which makes us even more proud! Our logo will be on the football shirts and training tops and our boards will also be gracing the Marsden FC grounds. Make sure you come on down to support our team!

In the Applegate office we’ve had some changes with Georgina leaving to become a teacher, we’ll miss her terribly but wish her all the luck in the world in her new career. The rest of the team will be attending the Holmfirth Food & Drink Festival (21st – 23rd September) as we’re all 100% foodies and love Holmfirth so that’s certainly something to look forward to!

With 50% of new landlords coming from recommendations and three properties being let in under 7 days in August, we’d say a successful month all in all, we can’t wait to see what next month brings!

Applegate Magazine!



We mentioned back in June that we were busy working on producing an Applegate Lettings magazine to be circulated for free to all of our landlords, tenants and any other interested parties.
