Applegate Magazine!

We mentioned back in June that we were busy working on producing an Applegate Lettings magazine to be circulated for free to all of our landlords, tenants and any other interested parties. We’re so proud to announce that all of our hard work has paid off and the first edition of Applegate Lettings Magazine is now officially published, printed and ready for distribution!

Feedback from our landlords and tenants show that here at Applegate Lettings, our levels of customer service are particularly revered – we pride ourselves on providing our landlords and tenants with as much information as possible and keeping our team up to date on current legislation to enable us to provide the best possible service. We believe that this magazine is taking our service to the next level – we wanted to use our expertise to create something that truly explains where we came from, where we’re going and what we’re all about at Applegate Lettings.

With articles such as ‘Do’s & Don’ts of Buying to Let’ and ‘What You Should Expect When Moving Into Your Property’, we’ve looked at some of the more common issues that come up in our average working day and tried to answer some of the more frequently asked questions that go hand in hand with putting a property on the market to let or renting a property as a tenant. We’ve also taken a look at the town in which we are based, focusing on upcoming events in the Huddersfield area and taking a look at other successful business that we are proud to work with. Together with a ‘Q&A with Amy Wray’, our Managing Director, we think our first edition of Applegate Magazine is one not to be missed!
