Turning 3 on 1st July was a fantastic start to the month and it just got better and better with July 2013 being the month in which we let the most properties....EVER. After breaking our previous records in June we hadn't considered breaking them again so soon!
Our new blog format has gone live (as you can probably see!) and we've also launched our new software in the Applegate Lettings office. We have spent a significant amount of time and effort investing in one of the best software packages available in the lettings industry. This means that we are able to increase the level of time we spend on the phones to our clients rather than managing other areas as heavily. Everything that we do at Applegate Lettings is based around maintaining the level of customer service we provide and remaining 100% professional at all times.
Managing Director Amy Wray attended the ARLA legal updates course in Chester at the start of July and has already made additional updates to various documents that we provide to our tenants and landlords based on recent case law in the UK. At Applegate Lettings we understand how important it is to be fully informed and up to date with new legislation and therefore attend the relevant training courses to ensure a high standard is maintained.
We also want to mention that Applegate Lettings are one of the few agents to offer a free of charge social media package with any landlord using us for marketing. Your property is placed on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and our Applegate Blog as well as the other major lettings websites and portals.
