April Round Up!

After a rather busy month at Applegate Lettings we're back with another Round Up!

We've seen a 30% increase in new business from 'word of mouth' referrals this month, 20% of new properties were let in under 7 days, 55% of new business came directly from existing client referrals and once again we had 0 withdrawals!

We've been the proud sponsors of Marsden F.C. since last Summer and this month we'll be attending the Huddersfield Challenge Cup Final to watch them compete against Bay Athletic for the title. Amy, Laura and Lynn will all be there along with lots of other loyal supporters, coming together to cheer them on. If you want to come along, we'll be at the John Smith Stadium (formerly the Galpharm stadium) on Tuesday 7th May!

We've been sending out a monthly newsletter to our landlords for a while now and over the last few months we've had some fantastic feedback on them. This month alone we have had individuals from as far away as Brighton and Chester get in touch to let us know that they had seen a copy of the newsletter and thought it was extremely informative which we have to admit was music to our ears! 

Although this was already mentioned on our blog a few days ago, we'd like to reiterate our congratulations for our Senior Lettings Administrator Laura Everitt for becoming qualified with the highly regarded APIP (The Association of Professional Inventory Providers). We were so impressed with her dedication and work ethic throughout the whole process - she took on the responsibility of becoming our in-house inventory clerk six months ago and has now taken her skill set to the next level. Well done Laura!
