As usual we can report that we have had an incredibly busy month with plenty of sales and lettings agreed.

Over the past month we can report on the following transactions:-

- 0 withdrawals

- Over 60% of sales properties new on the market came from existing clients and referrals

- Over 75% of new letting properties on the market came from existing clients and referrals

- We have been instructed to market for sale over £2 million of sales properties throughout the month of March
