Comparison with Applegate Properties:-

This information in comparison with the properties that we have in our portfolio differ dramatically. The average cost to rent a property in our area is between £450 per month and £800.
Applegate Properties Director, Amy Wray commented:-
Rental values remain strong and level in the Holmfirth and Huddersfield area, however there are more properties available which are of a good quality, and so we see the market becoming more and more competitive. Good quality accommodation is very important, tenants are looking through the EPC’s more frequently, never before has double glazing and gas fired central heating been as important.
